Otherwise, we will need a new deposit to book any other future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelations. No-shows will be charged the full amount of treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be subject to an extra charge. I want to give the most to my clients so please be conscious of our time.
