**If you've had ANY work done by a previous artist, please email clear photos to get approval before booking. All previous work is considered a full service and subjected to an extra charge of $150+ depending on the severity of each case.**

• All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your appointment.

• Please give 48 hour notice if you have to reschedule. Otherwise, we will need a new deposit to book any future appointment.

• If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subjected to an extra charge. PLEASE be conscious of our time, so that we can make the most of your appointment. If you are excessively late we will have to reschedule.

• If you no show without giving any notice, you will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment.

• NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest.

• All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

• We are not liable for any changes to the brows or lips once the final decision has been approved during consultation. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review shape and color prior to starting tattoo process.

• It is the client's responsibility to follow all PRE & POST care instructions.

• PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any given reason.

 

RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Pregnant

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring (Powder Ombré is fine)

• Accutane in the past year

• Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

• Diabetic (please consult doctor)

• Chemotherapy (please consult doctor)

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Under 18 years old

• Botox within 4 weeks of your appointment

• Chemical peel within 2 weeks of your appointment

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
